David’s Lawn & Landscape Design, Inc is a family owned full service landscape design and maintenance company that has been working in local communities from the late 1980s. Today, we serve many surrounding areas including, but not limited to: Manalapan, Englishtown, Freehold, Marlboro, Morganville, Monroe, Millstone, Colts Neck, Farmingdale, Allentown, East Windsor, East Brunswick, Old Bridge, Howell, Jackson, Holmdel, Deal, Oakhurst, and Wall Township as well as Staten Island, NY. David’s Lawn & Landscaping offers a full range of landscaping services and is committed to the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Meet The Team
David Van Wart – Owner
David has over 35 years’ experience in the lawn & landscape industry. He earned a degree in Horticulture from Brookdale Community College and maintains a nursery in Oregon where most of our plant material comes from. In addition to his certifications as an ICPI hardscape installer and Certified Landscape Designer, he takes continuing education courses through Rutgers to stay on top of ever-changing legislation and business practices. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, horse racing, sports, and spending time with family & friends.
Tyler Bruseloff – Sales Representative & Future Owner
Tyler, David’s nephew, graduated from Delaware Valley University with his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Landscape Design and Build. With over 7 years of experience as both a landscape installer and sales representative, Tyler strives to bring unique landscape and patio designs to life. Tyler is an avid NY Mets fan and also enjoys golf, football, and socializing with friends and family.
Tom Kayhart – Sales Representative
Tom joined David’s Lawn & Landscape Design, Inc over 20 years ago as a sales representative. Tom’s qualifications include both certified pesticide and fertilizer application. Tom’s hobbies include fishing, golf, and traveling. He is an ardent NY Mets and Rangers fan and enjoys attending games with family and friends.
Matt Cotter – Sales Representative & 3D Designer
Matt has over 12 years of experience in landscaping. Prior to David’s Lawn & Landscape Design, Inc, Matt managed (2) separate garden centers where he gained valuable plant knowledge. As a landscape designer, Matt specializes in 3-D rendering designs for all of our patio and landscape projects. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, baseball, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
Sue Quercia – Office Manager
Sue received a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Sciences degree from Seton Hall University. She has been with David’s Lawn & Landscape Design, Inc for over 9 years as an office administrator and customer service manager. Sue enjoys family time watching her children play both collegiate baseball and softball. She is an enthusiastic NY Giant fan and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as her 3 dogs.
